About SPC Performance Lab

We have a non-ego training environment where people come to build better versions of themselves.

We cater to both recreational and competitive power-lifters, ‘non-ego’ body-builders, general strength training and/or people who just want somewhere to exercise which is not busy and private.

What we DO NOT have here are people taking half naked selfies, ego-lifters, people who are rude to others or an intimidating environment.

Absolute beginners are welcomed. If you’re unsure what to do, how to do an exercise properly etc, I’m always around and can help out.
