I made a video about attempt selection for powerlifting. Originally, it was meant to be a short 30 minute thing, but ended up going for an hour. So what I’ve done is broke it up into 3 parts –
Part 1 (this video) – Is probably more geared to coaches and considerations when selecting attempts for different types of athletes. However, there is likely some useful information for individuals doing their own attempt selections.
