Online Coaching

Weekly programming and guidance for those who don’t require face to face contact or live far away. Best suited to individuals who have some training experience and have a basic idea of how to perform the main barbell lifts.

How online coaching works

Each week, you’ll be expected to send the following to your coach –

  • Training program filled out with repetitions completed, weights & RPEs (excel format)
  • Videos of your main lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift, OH press)
  • Bodyweight + macros/calories or whichever method of food tracking has been allocated to you (food tracking approaches may differ depending on the person)
  • A weekly feedback sheet on variables such as strength, stress, sleep quality, injuries, etc.

Your coach will send a reply usually in video format addressing any issues and questions you may have, what changes are being made for the week, and an in-depth critique of your exercise technique. Your coach will be available during the week via e-mail and text if you have any urgent questions.

All programming and nutrition updates are included in the weekly cost.
